Add a new APN by pressing ADD on right top corner. If ZTE Blade V9 has already set values for AirVoice 2 for any fields below leave them. Change others as below.

Restart your ZTE Blade V9 to apply AirVoice 2 APN settings.

For ZTE Blade V9, when you type AirVoice APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering AirVoice Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno.
