Cingular APN settings for Archos Diamond 2 Plus

Archos Diamond 2 Plus is compatible with Cingular GSM and Archos Diamond 2 Plus is not compatible with Cingular HSDPA.

We do not recommend using Archos Diamond 2 Plus with Cingular as Diamond 2 Plus will only support Cingular 2G in United States. The data transfer speeds with Diamond 2 Plus will be extremely low for Cingular . Check the compatibility of Archos Diamond 2 Plus with Cingular for the details.

To configure Cingular APN settings with Archos Diamond 2 Plus follow below steps.

For Archos Diamond 2 Plus, when you type Cingular APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Cingular Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as wap.cingular and not as WAP.CINGULAR or Wap.cingular . If entering Cingular APN Settings above to your Archos Diamond 2 Plus, APN should be entered as ISP.CINGULAR and not as isp.cingular or Isp.cingular.
