Cingular APN settings for Oppo Neo 3
Oppo Neo 3 is compatible with Cingular GSM and Oppo Neo 3 is not compatible with Cingular HSDPA.
We do not recommend using Oppo Neo 3 with Cingular as Neo 3 will only support Cingular 2G in United States. The data transfer speeds with Neo 3 will be extremely low for Cingular . Check the compatibility of Oppo Neo 3 with Cingular for the details.

For Oppo Neo 3, when you type Cingular APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Cingular Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as wap.cingular and not as WAP.CINGULAR or Wap.cingular . If entering Cingular APN Settings above to your Oppo Neo 3, APN should be entered as ISP.CINGULAR and not as isp.cingular or Isp.cingular.
