For Xiaomi Redmi Note 2, when you type Consumer Cellular APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Consumer Cellular Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno .
