Restart your HTC Desire 12+ to apply GoSmart 2 APN settings.
For HTC Desire 12+, when you type GoSmart APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering GoSmart Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as multibrand and not as MULTIBRAND or Multibrand.
