In the main menu, tap Settings
Tap Cellular.
Check that Cellular Data is turned on.
Tap Cellular Data Options and then Cellular Data Network.

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.

For Apple iPhone 4, when you type H2O APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering H2O Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno . If entering H2O Wireless APN Settings above to your Apple iPhone 4, APN should be entered as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno.
