To configure H2O APN settings with Huawei P20 Pro follow below steps.

H2O Internet APN settings

In Huawei app drawer, go to Settings Wireless and networks Mobile networks Access Point Names

Add a new APN by pressing ADD on right top corner. If device has already set values for H2O 1 for any fields below leave them. Change others as below.

For Huawei P20 Pro, when you type H2O APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering H2O Internet APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno . If entering H2O Wireless APN Settings above to your Huawei P20 Pro, APN should be entered as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno.
