Sorry, but it does not look like Oppo Neo 3 will work on H2O. But please note that the compatibility of Oppo Neo 3 with H2O, or the H2O network support on Oppo Neo 3 we have explained here is only a technical specification match between Oppo Neo 3 and H2O network. Even Oppo Neo 3 is listed as not compatible here, still H2O network can allow (rarely) Oppo Neo 3 in their network with special agreements made between H2O and Oppo. Therefore, this only explains if the commonly available versions of Oppo Neo 3 will work properly on H2O or not, if so in which bands Oppo Neo 3 will work on H2O and the network performance between H2O and Oppo Neo 3.
