Do not change MCC or MNC values when configuration the Metro APN settings above. Your Android device knows the best values for MCC and MNC for Metro and they will be set automatically by Android in APN settings. Android usually retrieves MCC and MNC from the SIM card and sets it to your APN settings accordingly.
If you face any issues with the speed, delete everything in APN type field and leave it blank and see if that solves your issue on Android for Metro.
