If the above Metro Internet & MMS APN settings do not work on your R1x, make below changes to Metro Internet & MMS APN settings to get MetroPCS 160 on your Oppo R1x.

For Oppo R1x, when you type Metro APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Metro Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as fast.metropcs.com and not as FAST.METROPCS.COM or Fast.metropcs.com.
