For LG K5, when you type Pure Talk APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Pure Talk Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno. If entering Pure Talk LTE APN Settings above to your LG K5, APN should be entered as PRODATA and not as prodata or Prodata.
