In your ZTE Blade V9 app drawer, go to Settings Connections Mobile networks Access Point Names

Add a new APN by pressing ADD on right top corner. If ZTE Blade V9 has already set values for Pure Talk 2 for any fields below leave them. Change others as below.

For example, if you are entering Pure Talk Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as att.mvno and not as ATT.MVNO or Att.mvno.
