My Moto E4 won't operate correctly and provide cell, mms and data services unless the APN marked internet is selected. if I do a network setting reset this option is taken away and the phone doesn't work at all after a time the phone resets itself somehow not any of the times that I restarted it or turned it off and on it just suddenly would occurr. the internet will work for a while and then the internet APN selection will not stay selected and either nothing is selected under the APN page or Sprint is selected and nothing works on that AP. It turns itself off and on sometimes. I once had the ability to update my profile and it would sometimes correct the problem. That option is not offered nor is update PRL most of the time and system update is my only option and when selected it of course needs data to check and see if one is required. When the APN malfunctions you can select the correct APN (internet x.ispsn) but it won't stay on it and instead of a save option there is only Reset to default which removes the internet APN and leaves only the sprint options which don't allow my phone to function. It happens randomly throughout the day if I spend more than 30 minutes on the internet. Do you know how to make it stay on the internet APN instead of reverting to nothing or Sprint's useless options when I leave that page and what the other settings are like proxy, MMS port, etc, like you listed for the other sprint APN's? Also, there is no plus sign to add it and by tapping twice you can see the APN settings for the internet one I speak of but there is no way to edit it. If you know what the settings are supposed to be I'll need to know how to edit it once I tap it twice and can see what the settings are. Yes my phone has been Rebooted even factory data reset and of course Sprint has ##7278#'ed me more times than I can count. I have not had reliable phone calls or internet service for 9 months. I have a magic box which randomly doesn't pick up a signal or gives me four bars and when the magic box is not working or I'm in the house I have either no signal in the house or one bar and have to be on roaming to get that. Sprint refuses to make any provisions for me to use my phone I have lost a lot of money in missed work phone calls and according to your article my IMEI may be out of range or something what do I need to know to make Sprint do something about not being able to make or receive phone calls? At this point I know more than the overseas Sprint customer service Representatives and my notebook has all of the settings and things that I've had to change or that randomly occur with the phone. Sprint in-store help says there's nothing wrong with the phone in order to send it back under warranty or insurance. They also will not trade out the phone that does volte calling that is also $0 just like the Moto E4 we selected on our family plan. my mom was unable to call 911 for over 15 days last month when the air rave malfunctioned at her house which made Wi-Fi calling stop working like it had been working correctly for months. All they can tell me about why my magic box started not being able to get the signal was someone is working on the line... All the reboots and things that have been tried have failed. This problem with the APN setting not being maintained on internet or at all happened to both phones when the malfunction of the air rave at 1 address and the magic box at another address more than 20 miles apart started occurring on the same day. It is too large of a coincidence that the APN settings on both phones went out at the same time. The phone with WiFi access also lost the ability to make or receive Wi-Fi calls when the red lights lit up on the air rave. The Wi-Fi was working perfectly at the time as noted by the roku functioning properly without buffering. Help?!!!

I went into my APN settings and tried to reset to default because my internet was acting very slow suddenly. Now it doesn't connect at all to LTE, 4G, 3G, ETC. It shows the bars are still there and I am able to make phone calls but it absolutely refuses to connect to any LTE or similar services. Please help.
