Tello APN settings for Honor 20

Honor 20 is not compatible with Tello GSM, Honor 20 is not compatible with Tello HSDPA and compatible with Tello LTE 50%.

Honor 20 does not appear to be fully compatible with Tello at this time. It will only support Tello 4G LTE only in certain areas of United States. Please check the compatibility of Honor 20 with Tello for more details.

To configure Tello APN settings with Honor 20 follow below steps.

Tello Internet & MMS APN settings

Open Settings Connections Mobile networks Access Point Names of your Honor 20.

Press ADD on right top corner. If Honor 20 has already set values for Tello 2 for any fields below leave them. Change the other fields as below.

Restart Honor 20 to apply new Tello 2 APN settings.

For Honor 20, when you type Tello APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Tello Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as n.mi.ispsn and not as N.MI.ISPSN or N.mi.ispsn.

Even Honor 20 is listed as compatible here, Tello network can still disallow (sometimes) Honor 20 in their network using IMEI ranges.
