Total Wireless APN settings for Apple iPhone 5

To configure Total Wireless APN settings with Apple iPhone 5 follow below steps.

Total Wireless Internet & MMS APN settings

In the main menu, tap Settings
Tap Cellular.

Check that Cellular Data is turned on.
Tap Cellular Data Options and then Cellular Data Network.
(If this setting does not appear on the device, it has not unlocked and settings cannot be configured manually.)

Go to Cellular Data section and enter below information

Username:
Password:

Go to LTE Setup (Optional) section and enter below information

Enter the below details in MMS section:

APN: vzwinternet

Password:

MMS Proxy:
MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL: http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.
Restart the device.

OTA APN Settings

In the main menu, tap Settings
Tap Cellular.

Go to Cellular Data section and enter below information

APN: otasn
Username:
Password:

Go to LTE Setup (Optional) section and enter below information

APN: (Leave Blank)
Username: (Leave Blank)
Password: (Leave Blank)

Press the Home button to save the APN and exit to the main screen.
Restart the device.

For Apple iPhone 5, when you type Total Wireless APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering Total Wireless Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as vzwinternet and not as VZWINTERNET or Vzwinternet. If entering OTA APN Settings above to your Apple iPhone 5, APN should be entered as otasn and not as OTASN or Otasn.
