BlackBerry Passport is not compatible with US Cellular GSM, BlackBerry Passport is not compatible with US Cellular HSDPA and compatible with US Cellular LTE.
US Cellular Internet & MMS APN settings
On the homescreen, swipe down from the top.
Tap Settings, and then tap Network Connections.
Tap Mobile Network.
Tap APN at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the following information:
Access Point Name (APN) = internet
Username = (Your-MSID)@uscc.net
Password = (Your-MSID)
Slide your finger left on the display to open the main menu.
Open Text Messages.
Press the dots.
Press Settings and select Text Messages.
Press Advanced and enter the following details.
APN = internet
MMSC URL = http://mmsc1.uscc.net/mmsc/MMS
Proxy URL = :80
Return to home screen.
For BlackBerry Passport, when you type US Cellular APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering US Cellular Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as internet and not as INTERNET or Internet.
