Restart your LG Q9 to apply US Mobile 2 APN settings.
For LG Q9, when you type US Mobile APN settings, make sure you enter APN settings in correct case. For example, if you are entering US Mobile Internet & MMS APN settings make sure you enter APN as pwg and not as PWG or Pwg.
